Terms of Service
Effective: April 1, 2026
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Securisky (“Service”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Securisky is a Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST) platform that probes publicly accessible URLs for security vulnerabilities. The Service is provided on an as-is basis.
3. Authorised Use Only
You may only scan URLs for which you have explicit authorisation (e.g. you own the domain, or the domain owner has granted permission in writing). Scanning third-party systems without authorisation is strictly prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable computer misuse laws. Securisky reserves the right to suspend accounts found scanning without authorisation.
4. Account & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.
5. Limitations of Liability
Securisky is a testing aid, not a guarantee of security. We are not liable for any damages arising from vulnerabilities not detected, false positives, or decisions made based on scan results. Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
6. Intellectual Property
Securisky and its scan engine are proprietary. Scan results generated for your URLs are yours. You may not resell access to the Service or reproduce the scan engine without written permission.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive scanning, or are involved in fraudulent activity.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Major changes will be communicated by email.
