How quickly do you respond to support emails?

We aim to respond within 24 hours on business days (Mon–Fri). For billing issues, we try to respond within 6 hours.

Can I request a custom plan for my agency?

Yes. The Team plan ($49/mo) supports white-label branding and 10 competitor URLs. For higher volume or custom contracts, email us at support@hexalian.com.

I found a false positive in my scan results — how do I report it?

You can suppress individual findings directly from your scan report (click the eye icon next to any finding). If you believe a finding type is systematically wrong, email us with the URL and finding type so we can improve the scanner.

Is SecuriSky available as an on-premise deployment?

Not currently. SecuriSky is a cloud-hosted SaaS. All scan data is processed ephemerally — no screenshots or DOM snapshots are retained after scan completion.
